Everyone has heard the saying, “Three months from now you will thank yourself,” when it comes to exercising. But how do I get to the three month mark? Motivation doesn’t always come easy. When our alarms go off in the morning, it’s not always motivation that gets us up out of bed; it’s DISCIPLINE and pure GRIT. We get out of bed and lace-up our running shoes, because we’ve trained ourselves to do so. In other words, one must have discipline as a key ingredient to their regular workout routine.
